At this holy place Lord Duttatrey's Holy Footprints are ceremoniously installed. As per the information available from the history Lord Duttatrey appeared at this holy place before many devotees and fulfilled their wishes and blessed them.
- He intiated “Nath” sect’s Guru Shree Gorakhnathji by piercing his ears and imparted divine knowledge to him.
- He appeared before a famous saint of “Aghor“ sect Shree Kinaramji and gave him a sacred “Aghor” mantra.
- Around 250 years ago, at this sacred place Lord Duttatrey manifested himself as a child –yogi. Travelling from place to place throughout India ,He settled at last in Nadiad, Gujarat as His Divine Holiness Shree Santram Maharaj. He entered into Mahasamdhi on the Full moon day of month “ Magh “ [4th month as per Hindu Calendar] in V. S. 1887 [C.E 1830]. At the place of His Mahasamadhi stands today Shree Santram Temple.
- Shree Shankar Maharaj from Padmavati [ Satara district , Maharashtra ] came here in 1946 -47. At that time he fervently prayed to Lord Duttatrey and he appeared before Shree Shankar Maharaj and his devotees.
- Around 150 years back, Lord Duttatrey appeared before Shree Vishnupant Bhaskar Lele, who initiated Maharshi Arvind Ghosh in Yoga.
- Yogiraj Purohit Swami from Amaravati [ Maharashtra] came here on pilgrimage in April 1850. The moment he set his foot inside this holy place, he lost outer consciousness and entered into deep meditation. Lord Duttatrey appeared in the same form on which he was meditating and instructed him to increase his austerities.
- In 1888, Gajananrao Pandurang Natekar, who was also known as swami Hansa, worshipped Lord Duttatrey at this holy place. Pleased with his devotion, Lord Duttatrey appeared before him and instructed him to go on kailash Mansarowar pilgrimage.
- Yogiraj Raghunath Bhattaji [ Adhwaiteswar], who lived a life of austerity on the books of river Narmada, had a disciple named Niranjan.He came here on 10th day of Bhadarva month [11th month as per Hindu calender] in C.E. 1812 and sat for meditation. On the third night he took a vow not to move until Lord Duttatrey appeared before him. Lord Duttatrey appeared before him and blessed him.
- About 250 years ago, saint Mekrandada, also known as Kabir of kutch region, stayed here for six months. He used to regularly meditate at this holy spot to experience divine joy. To test him, Lord Duttatrey appeared in the form of a tiger. Satisfied with his devotion Lord Duttatrey gave saint Mekrandada a wish-fulfilling "Kaavad' with a mango.
